If the power of the previous resistive heating is too small, then the power of the electromagnetic heater is still smaller, so that the power of the distribution may be too small. Therefore, the power of resistive heating mentioned here is 70%~80%, provided that the original resistive power is sufficient to meet the temperature and output required for production. Of course, the easiest way is to use the original resistance heating power, we also use electromagnetic heaters with a lot of power. The advantage of this is that the power is equipped with a larger electromagnetic heater, the heating speed will be faster, and at the same time it can avoid the power of the previous resistance heating is not enough, and then only with 70% ~ 80% resistance type power, it will lead to The power of the electromagnetic heater is too small, which will affect the heating speed. So we say that it is better to match the power of the original resistive heating. Some people say that this power is too big, will it consume a lot of power? This is not, the power is too large, then the heating speed is fast, the working principle of the electromagnetic heater is to heat when the temperature has not reached the set temperature, when the temperature is reached, it will be heated at a constant temperature, when the temperature reaches At the preset temperature, the electromagnetic heater will not work, and it will not consume electricity. At this time, the constant temperature will continue to heat for a period of time. When the temperature does not reach the preset temperature, the electromagnetic heater will continue to work and heat. That is to say, the electromagnetic heater does not consume electricity all day, there is rest, and it is heated again.
Second, remove the original heating coil. We use the electromagnetic heater to heat up and no longer use resistive heating, so we need to remove the original heating coil first.
Third, the outer circumference of the heating ring is covered with thermal insulation cotton, and then the thermal insulation cotton is fastened with a high temperature cable tie. The thickness of the insulated cotton after the fastening is between 1.8 cm and 2 cm. This is very important. If the thickness of the insulation cotton is too thin or too thick, it will affect the normal operation of the electromagnetic heater, which will lead to over-current protection or over-heat protection or mismatch of inductance, etc., so the insulation after tightening The thickness of cotton must be well grasped.
Fourth, a layer of epoxy resin sheet is placed on the outside of the wrapped insulation cotton. The diameter is 1mm, which is a bit hard and can be bent. Wrap the epoxy resin on the outside of the insulation cotton and fasten it with a high temperature cable tie. The purpose of the epoxy resin board is to flatten the outside of the insulation cotton, so that the winding is better and the appearance is more beautiful. Of course, it is not necessary to wrap the epoxy board.
Fifth, the electromagnetic heating line is spared on the barrel. The electromagnetic heating line generally selects the high temperature resistant line.
