Construction and use of diaphragm pressure gauge

Before introducing the construction and use of the diaphragm pressure gauge, first introduce you to what is a diaphragm pressure gauge. A diaphragm pressure gauge is a pressure gauge that isolates the indicator portion from the measured medium by a diaphragm device (internal filling of the working fluid).
The diaphragm device of the diaphragm pressure gauge is mainly divided into a diaphragm type and a bellows type, and the diaphragm type is the most widely used. Here, a diaphragm type diaphragm pressure gauge is mainly introduced.
The structure and working principle of the diaphragm pressure gauge are shown in the following figure:

The diaphragm pressure gauge uses a special device to draw the spring tube into a vacuum, and fills the filling liquid, and seals it with a diaphragm. When the pressure is measured by the diaphragm pressure gauge, the working medium to be tested directly acts on the diaphragm of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is deformed upward. The pressure of the medium is transmitted to the spring tube through the filling liquid in the spring tube, so that the spring tube is deformed and free. The displacement is generated at the end, and the core is driven by the connecting rod, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial.
The purpose of the diaphragm pressure gauge is: when we measure the pressure of general gas, water and oil, a general pressure gauge can be used; when measuring the pressure of nitric acid, phosphoric acid and strong alkali, a stainless steel pressure gauge can be used. However, when the medium to be measured is highly corrosive (such as hydrochloric acid, wet chlorine, ferric chloride), it has a high viscosity (such as latex), is easy to crystallize (such as salt water), and is easy to solidify (such as hot asphalt). If there is solid float (such as sewage), it is not feasible to use the above pressure gauge, because the SUS316 stainless steel pipe will also be corroded by hydrochloric acid, and the floating matter in the asphalt and sewage will quickly block the pressure guiding hole of the pressure gauge. And the pressure gauge loses the measurement function. The use of diaphragm pressure gauges can solve these problems. People can choose different corrosion-resistant diaphragm membrane materials according to different strong corrosive media to play the role of anti-corrosion. Due to the diaphragm diaphragm, it can prevent the high viscosity, easy to crystallize, and easy to solidify medium from flowing into the pressure guiding hole to ensure the normal operation of the pressure gauge. Therefore, diaphragm pressure gauges are widely used in the pressure measurement of production processes in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, food, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors.
