1 Introduction of XMZG100/1090—U-type filter press The clean coal filter press used in the coal preparation plant is the XMZG100/1090-U diaphragm automatic control filter press, the matching automatic control system and the gate in the blow press system. 2 Problems existing before the transformation The schematic diagram of the air piping of the pressure fan before the transformation is shown in Figure 2. (3) The shut-off valve will not function due to the precipitation of fine coal slime. A small part of the slime water can enter the air duct through the shut-off valve in reverse, contaminating the gas source.
(4) When the level gauge fails, the slime water in the concentrate tank will enter the wind blower of the pressure blower through the shut-off valve, polluting the gas source, causing all the solenoid valves to malfunction, and the pneumatic butterfly valve cannot work normally.
3 Improvement measures In response to the above problems, improvement measures such as purifying the control air source, separating the control air duct and the working air duct, and the modified air pipeline are adopted.
