Yesterday (24th), there was significant precipitation in most parts of the South with short-term strong convective weather. It is expected that in the next two days, the southern precipitation area will move eastward and southward, and the intensity will gradually weaken. The local area will still be accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term thunderstorms or hail.

Yesterday, most of the southern regions were covered in rainwater. In the south of the Yangtze River and northern China, there were not only heavy rains, but also strong convective weather such as short-term heavy rainfall and lightning. From 05:00 to 25 o'clock on the 24th, most of the southern part of the Yangtze River and southern Hubei, Anhui, and western Fujian Province experienced heavy rains, heavy rains occurred in some areas, and heavy rains occurred in the northeastern part of Jiangxi and southern Anhui. The most violent precipitation is Anhui Huangshan (147 mm) and Jiangxi Jingdezhen (142 mm).

A wide range of precipitation has lowered the temperature. At 14 o'clock yesterday, the temperature in the Jianghuai and the eastern part of the south of the Yangtze River was more than 8 °C lower than the previous day, and the local drop even exceeded 10 °C.

On the 25th, there were small to moderate rains or showers in eastern Jianghuai, most of southern Jiangnan, southern China, Guizhou, and eastern Yunnan. Among them, there were heavy rains in eastern and southern Fujian, Guangdong, northeastern Guangxi, northwestern Taiwan, and northeastern Guangxi. There are heavy rains in some areas of central Guangdong, northwestern Taiwan, and some heavy rains (50-120 mm); southern Hunan, southwestern Jiangxi, northeastern and southern Fujian, northeastern Guangxi, central and northern Guangdong, etc. In the short-term and heavy precipitation weather, there are strong convective weather such as thunderstorms or hail in parts of northeastern Guangxi, southwestern Jiangxi, and northwestern Guangdong.

On the 26th, there were small to moderate rains in southern Sichuan, northwestern Yunnan, Guizhou, southern Jiangnan, central and eastern China, and Taiwan. Among them, there was heavy rain (30-60 mm) in the western part of Taiwan.

Due to the frequent occurrence of strong precipitation in Jiangnan and South China, it is necessary to pay attention to the prevention of strong local precipitation and its urban and rural accumulations, mountain torrents, landslides and other disasters, and to prevent strong convective weather such as lightning, hail and short-term winds. Casualties that may result from the collapse of work sheds, temporary structures, outdoor billboards, and trees caused by strong convective weather.
