In August 2018, the efficiency of mass-produced Hanergy SHJ cells was certified by Japan JET to 23.7%, and was included in the China Renewable Energy Academic Conference as the highest efficiency of heterojunction solar cells in China in 2018. At present, including SHJ technology, Hanergy has five technical routes in the field of thin-film solar energy, and the photoelectric conversion rate continues to break records. The conversion rate of glass-based large-area copper-indium-gallium-selenium thin-film modules manufactured by Hanergy subsidiary Solibro reached 18.72%; the conversion rate of flexible copper-indium-gallium-selenium thin-film modules manufactured by the subsidiary MiaSolé by sputtering method reached 19.4%, the highest in the world Level.
