Before the bolt is accurately positioned, the final concrete can be re-tested. The full-time surveyor uses the water level meter to repeatedly measure the elevation no less than 3 times. Finally, the position of the bolt is accurately determined. The height of the embedded bolt allows the positive error to be less than 20mm. The center distance of the bolt is measured and the error is controlled within ±2 mm.

The installation process of the cooling tower 1) The foundation buried plate is leveled. In the leveling process of each buried board, it should be ensured that the base plates are at the same level. The mutual height difference of each base plate should be no more than 3mm, and it can be adjusted with steel pad when it exceeds. 2) Correction of steel components. The deformation of the steel component before installation should be corrected. 3) Connection and fastening. The penetration direction of the connecting bolts should be as consistent as possible; the bolts should be smoothly penetrated into the holes to avoid forced knocking; each bolt must be padded with two washers. The length of the exposed thread should be 4mm~6mm after tightening. 4) Installation of steel components. The installation of the cooling tower should first complete the installation of the steel components.
