On November 28, CNNC formally issued its own "Yanlong" swimming pool type low-temperature heating reactor that can be used to develop district heating. Photo courtesy of China National Nuclear Corporation With the advent of the northern heating season, on the one hand, the heating needs of the common people, and on the other, the contradiction between coal-fired heating and haze growth in the north, the search for alternative clean coal-fired heating energy has become an urgent task. As a safe and clean energy source, nuclear energy has gradually entered the field of vision by using nuclear energy as a regional heating source. After years of research and development, on November 28, CNNC officially announced in Beijing its “Yanlong†swimming pool type low-temperature heating reactor that can be used to develop district heating. According to calculations, a 400MW (1MW=1000KW) "Yanlong" low-temperature heating reactor has a heating floor area of approximately 20 million square meters, equivalent to 200,000 three-bedroom apartments. On the same day, as the first step in the three-step development strategy of "demonstration-demonstration project-business promotion" of the swimming pool type low-temperature heating reactor, the heating demonstration project launched by CNNC at the China Institute of Atomic Energy was a swimming pool type light water reactor. (49-2 reactors) Achieve safe heating for 168 hours and provide heat to some of the office buildings of the Atomic Energy Institute (two office buildings in the Atomic Energy Institute and one 49-2 reactor building, with an overall heating area of about 10,000 square meters) , functional demonstration and practical training capabilities. This fully verifies the feasibility and safety of the pool pool heating, and also marks the China Nuclear Group has made important progress in the field of nuclear energy heating technology, providing strong technical support for the follow-up design and development of the pool type low temperature heating reactor model. It is understood that China National Nuclear Corporation has set up a nuclear energy heating technology research center. With the success of the "Yanlong" model release and the demonstration of the 49-2 reactor heating demonstration, CNNC will further accelerate the pace of implementation of the demonstration project. CNNC identified the model and code of the pool-type low-temperature heating reactor as "Yanlong" and "DHR-400." The reactor was developed in Yanzhao, applied to Yanzhao Earth (extended to northern cities), and it is one of the "Dragon" series reactors independently developed by China National Nuclear Corporation, so it was named "Yanlong". The "DHR-400" (District Heating Reactor) means a district heating reactor, and "400" means the reactor thermal power of 400 MW. "Yanlong" is a safe, economical and green environmental protection reactor product developed by China National Nuclear Corporation based on the safe and stable operation of the pool-type research reactor for more than 50 years. The principle is to place the reactor core in the depth of a normal pressure water tank, and use the static pressure of the water layer to increase the core outlet water temperature to meet the heating requirements. The heat is transferred to the heating circuit through two stages of exchange, and then the heat is transmitted to millions of households through the heat network. As a reactor type with mature technology and high safety, “Yanlong†has obvious characteristics of “zero†heap fusion, “zero†emission, easy decommissioning, and low investment, and it adds pressure on the basis of multi-channel safety barriers in reactors. Higher isolation loops ensure radioactivity and thermal isolation. The pool-type low-temperature heating reactor has a flexible location and can be located in inland and coastal areas, which is very suitable for northern inland areas. The pool-type low-temperature heating reactor has a service life of 60 years. In terms of economy, heat prices are far superior to gas, and they are economically comparable to coal-fired and cogeneration. The decommissioning of the reactor is complete and the site can achieve green reuse. Round magnets, also named disc magnets, are thin flat circular magnets where the thickness does not exceed the diameter. Round Magnet,Ndfeb Round Magnet,N35 Round Magnet,Neodymium Ndfeb Big Round Magnet Jinyu Magnet (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. , https://www.magnetbonwin.com
They are the most commonly used magnet shape and the most versatile.
They are used in holding applications where a hole is drilled and the magnet is recessed into the hole.
They are commonly used with cup assemblies to increase their holding strength.
Neodymium disc magnets are incredibly versatile and have superb strength for their size. They`re used in many commercial applications including modular retail displays and point of sale stands for holding panels to a steel framework and many new packaging designs use them cleverly trapped behind layers of cardboard to provide invisible closing mechanisms.
Round magnets have a diameter greater than thickness, and are available in sizes approx 3mm up to approx 100mm diameter. Pull strengths begin at around 250g and can reach up to 262kg!
