Recently, Shenzhen Zhongxing Force Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhongxing Liwei) won the bid for the video surveillance and alarm network system project of Ulanhot. Ulanhot, which means "red city" in Mongolian, is the birthplace of the first autonomous regional government in China, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the political, economic, cultural, and transportation center of Xing'an League.

With the construction and development of the city, Wulanhaote has strongly promoted the video surveillance and alarming networking system in accordance with the overall requirements for the establishment of the “Safe Red City” of Wulanhaote, based on the completion of an integrated multi-resources, multi-services, multi-applications and high security. Digital video network platform to enhance the level of urban security prevention and control.

According to the overall construction plan of the system, Zhongxing Liwei will use the mature and stable high-reliability technology advantages of large-capacity platforms to build a basic framework for two-tier architecture of Pingan Wulanhaote. The monitoring center of the municipal government will administer ten police stations including Tiexi, Duolin, and Xing'an. The monitoring center has more than 1,000 monitoring points. At the same time, with the geographic information system as the basic platform, integrated intelligent transportation system, dozens of smart card ports are installed at important road sections, roads and bridges, etc., and integrated into emergency management, urban information management and other multi-service applications to help Ulanhot realize a picture of the city A new leap in digital city management.

The front-end of the system will be fully deployed with 2 million-pixel HD manual zoom IR network gun camera (ZNNCMP-I272W-0F-NC9A) and 1.3 million pixels HD 18 times infrared network high-speed ball (ZNNCMP-R181W-0H-NC1P) -S), which has become the first benchmark project in Inner Mongolia to achieve high-definition video surveillance.
