People suffer heat stroke in hot summers, and projectors also suffer from overheating. When we use the projector, we must pay attention to the temperature and ventilation conditions of the environment. The proper temperature and good ventilation environment are very favorable for the heat dissipation of the projector lamp. Here, we must pay special attention to the following three points: First of all, when the projector is working, make sure there is nothing to block the cooling holes or affect the ventilation of the projector; secondly, after the projector is working and shut down normally, do not cover it immediately with something. If the projector or the collection is loaded, if the conditions permit, it is better to wait until the power is turned off for twenty minutes. Finally, when using the projector, be careful not to let the sun shine directly on the projector, especially the part of the lens, because of strong sunlight. Not only will it affect the heat dissipation of the projector, but more importantly it will destroy the projector optical system imaging, affecting the life and display effect.
Tip: When the ambient light is strong, we often need to increase the brightness of the projector to achieve a clear display. Two strokes to extend projector lamp life
First of all, a clean usage environment is very important. When the projector is working, the bulb generates a lot of heat and the temperature is very high. The high temperature is the most direct killer of projector lamp life. In order to increase the lamp life and avoid high temperature burns inside the projector's imaging device, the projector is equipped with a cooling fan and emits heat from the bulb. At the same time, in order to prevent dust from entering the interior of the projector with the fan, a filter is provided at the fan inlet to block dust from entering. In this way, once the work environment of the projector is more dust, a large amount of dust will accumulate on the filter network as the fan rotates, blocking the filter network and affecting the heat dissipation effect. The harm caused by smoking is even greater. The tar contained in the smoke not only adsorbs on the filter to form a viscous material, but the viscous material, in turn, adheres to the dust, thus completely blocking the filter screen. And some of the smoke in the material can also enter the projector through the filter, fouling imaging components, affecting the projection effect is not to say, but also to cover the bulb, affect the cooling of the lamp, shorten the lamp life.
