01 Daily maintenance of pressure piping

1. Always check the protective measures of the pressure pipeline to ensure its integrity and reduce the surface corrosion of the pipeline;

2. The operating mechanism of the valve should always be rusted and oiled, and operate regularly to ensure its flexible operation;

3 , safety valve and pressure gauge should be frequently wiped to ensure that it is sensitive and accurate, and verify on time;

4. Regularly check the intact condition of the fastening bolts, so that they are complete, not rusted, and the screws are complete and reliable;

5. Pay attention to the vibration condition of the pipeline and find that the abnormal vibration should be taken from the vibration source of the partition, strengthen the support and other vibration reduction measures, and find that the friction should be taken in time;

6 , electrostatic bridge, grounding device to maintain good integrity, found that damage repair in time;

7. The decommissioned pressure pipeline shall be free from internal media, replaced, cleaned and dried, and protected by inert gas if necessary. The exterior surface should be paint-protected, and there should be insulation pipes to keep the insulation material intact;

10. For high-temperature pipelines, it is necessary to heat-tight the pipeline flange bolts during the start-up heating process; for low-temperature pipelines, cold-tightening during the cooling process;

11. It is forbidden to use pipes and brackets as anchor points for welding zero lines and other tools, and to support the lifting points;

( 2 ) Cracks, drumsticks, and leaks in pipes and components;

( 3 ) Frozen plugging of pressure pipes;

( 4 ) Abnormal vibration and sound in the pressure pipeline endanger the safe operation;

( 5 ) failure of safety protection device;

( 6 ) A fire accident occurs and directly threatens normal safe operation;

( 7 ) The failure of valves and monitoring devices in the pressure pipeline endangers safe operation.

02 Common Causes of Pressure Pipeline Accidents

According to statistics, the causes of pressure pipeline accidents are mainly concentrated on pressure management design errors, material defects, defects in valve bodies and pipes, poor construction and installation quality, and corrosion.

1. Design issues: The design has no qualifications, especially the design of technological transformation projects of small and medium-sized plants are often designed on their own, and the design scheme has not been filed with relevant departments.

2. Weld defects: Unlicensed welders welding; Weld not open groove, weld incomplete penetration, serious misalignment of welds or other excessive defects caused weld strength is low; after welding, no inspection and non-destructive testing detected exceeded Welding defects.

3 , material defects: material selection or correction error; material quality is poor, there are defects such as heavy skin.

4 , valve body and flange defects: valve failure, wear, valve body, flange material does not meet the requirements, the valve nominal pressure, the scope of application is not right.

5. Insufficient safety distance: The distance between the pressure pipeline and other facilities is not standardized, and the safety distance between the pressure pipeline and living facilities is insufficient.

6. Lack of safety awareness and safety knowledge: ideologically, the safety awareness of pressure pipelines is weak, and there is a lack of knowledge about the safety medium of pressure pipelines (such as liquefied petroleum gas).

7. Violation of regulations: There is no safe operation system or the system is not strictly enforced.

8. Corrosion: Corrosion caused by overdue service of pressure pipelines has not been carried out to assess the safety status of in-use inspections.
