I. System description: The grid-connected solar power system consists of a solar array, a solar inverter, a Messler distribution grid, photovoltaic supports, and an electric meter.

1. 3. The solar inverter is the core component of the solar energy system. The DC power generated by the solar module converts the load into a three-phase AC power supply. When the grid is out of power or there is no sunlight at night, it will automatically stop working and stand by.

II. Operating instructions:

1. Before opening the system, make sure that all parts of the system are connected properly.

2. If the connection between the photovoltaic panel and the inverter is in good condition, the indicator on the top panel of the inverter front panel will be green and blinking; otherwise it will not be connected, and the staff will need to use the universal meter to check whether the output voltage of the solar panel has voltage. Check whether the PV module connection line is broken, etc.

3. If the connection between the inverter and the meter is in good condition, the indicator on the bottom of the front panel of the inverter is green; otherwise, it is not connected, and the staff is required to use a universal meter to check if there is voltage at the output of the inverter and check the AC line. Is it broken, etc.

4. If the connection cable of the distribution box of the distribution cabinet is loose and the cabinet contains air switches, surge protection devices and other devices, ensure that the function is normal and the connection is in good condition;

5, open the mains control switch to ensure that it is connected to the inverter;

6. After the above inspection is completed, the DC input of the inverter and the bypass input air switch are turned on. At this time, the inverter is started, the LCD display of the inverter and the indicator light will be turned on, and then the AC output switch will be turned on. Can run;

7. The inverter is an intelligent instrument. Many of its functions are automatically controlled and cannot be operated by humans.

III, system maintenance:

1. Solar panel clearing, photoelectric conversion efficiency test, maintenance;

2, steel bracket maintenance;

3, solar inverter maintenance;

4, equipment wiring and grounding inspection;

6. The clearing of solar panels is carried out every two weeks. The main contents of the inspection of photovoltaic panels are to see if the solar power supply system and the battery pack are all operating normally.

7. This includes checking each solar panel and solar system wiring and line connection, and whether each group of photovoltaic panels is operating normally;

8. Check the solar cell's color, connection, formwork, press-molded glass, and frame for looseness and damage. The situation should be recorded in the maintenance/maintenance log. If damaged, replace it immediately or plan to replace it;

9. Each time the surface of the photovoltaic panel can be cleaned, this can increase the system's power generation. According to the actual situation on the site, the cleaning frequency can be increased appropriately;

IV, steel bracket maintenance

The main content of steel bracket maintenance is to see whether the steel bracket has rusting phenomenon. If it is, remove the rusted part of the surface and then brush the rust-proof paint; check if there is loose screw phenomenon in the solar cell module installation part; Tighten the screws.

V. Inverter maintenance:

1. Determine the normal setting of each parameter value;

2, determine the equipment is in a good state of standby;

3, keep the equipment clean, dry, keep the room ventilated; away from water, fire; do not put small metal objects on the top of the instrument;

4, do not allow non-professionals to open the device, modify the operation or parameters;

5, please do not move the product during the work process;

6. When there is an error in the system, an alarm is issued for the solar inverter. Please check the system for the cause of the error and check it in a timely manner.

7. Regularly check the system parameters and make inspection records. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, identify the cause of the abnormality and deal with it accordingly. If the cause of the abnormality cannot be checked, contact relevant professionals to find out and avoid the accident and affect the system use;

8. When the system is maintained, be sure to disconnect the solar battery first and then cut off the load.

VI, wire and grounding between devices

Check whether the connection wires between the devices are firm and the grounding is good. If there is loose screws in the mounting section, tighten the screws immediately.

1. The operator must undergo relevant training, be familiar with the performance parameters and operating specifications of each equipment, be able to operate the entire system independently, and be familiar with the relevant knowledge of strong electricity;

2. The operator must wear insulating gloves when performing maintenance. The operating tools used are regular manufacturers;

3. The equipment room must be kept clean, dry, and ventilated; flammable and explosive materials cannot be allowed to be placed in the equipment room;

4. Because the system voltage is 380V and the DC voltage is up to 500V, non-workers are protected from contact with cable connectors and distribution equipment, especially minors.

5, can not allow non-workers to operate the instrument, open the instrument, modify the instrument parameters;
