Laminated spring coupling

Laminated spring couplings use a discontinuous set of springs placed between the teeth and teeth of the coupling halves to transmit motion and power. For the sake of simple processing, the teeth on the two coupling halves are usually made separately into cog-slotted cylindrical pins.
