6. After checking the degree of sway of the plane and circumference of the motor end coupling is qualified, perform the center-finding work of the motor shaft and the pump shaft. The alignment marks of the motor coupling and the pump coupling are aligned, and the two couplings are equally divided into 8 equal parts in the circumferential direction. A dial indicator is installed on the plane and circumference of the liquid pump coupling. The disc brake device will slowly drive the rotor to read the sloshing value of the rotor and record it. If it does not meet the standards, it can be adjusted by adding or removing spacers or small-scale moving motor brackets between the wheels until it is qualified. .

7. After adjusting, use the positioning pin to position, and adjust the clearance between the impeller and the impeller chamber by adjusting the shaft end adjustment nut to the qualified range. Turn the shaft end adjustment nut so that the clearance between the shaft end adjustment nut and the motor coupling is 4mm. Bolt the motor coupling, shaft end adjustment nut, and pump coupling tightly together.

8. Pull the centering block out of the packing body and install packing and packing glands.

9. Clean the oil chamber with oil cooler, cooling water pipe joints, motor end caps, lubrication pipes, and measuring points.
