The solution to such problems is to ensure the quality and quantity of the engine coolant through maintenance and maintenance, to clean the surface of the radiator and to ensure the normal operation of the engine cooling system. However, compared with diesel engines of other vehicles, the pump transmitter has some operating characteristics that are not conducive to temperature control. Temperature increases will reduce the viscosity of hydraulic oil, resulting in poor lubrication. At the same time, the hydraulic system components tend to tighten under the action of thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in increased component wear. Therefore, the high temperature environment should be more strict control of hydraulic oil temperature. The main points of attention and measures are as follows: (1) 46 ℃ anti-wear hydraulic oil should be used in the ambient temperature of 35 ℃; 68 # anti-wear hydraulic oil should be used if the temperature exceeds 35 ℃ for a long time (2) must ensure that the regular replacement of hydraulic oil to ensure the quality and clean hydraulic oil (3) for the open hydraulic pumping unit, to ensure that the hydraulic oil radiator is working properly, if necessary, can be in the radiator or the main return pipe (4) For closed hydraulic system pumping unit, in addition to the radiator, if necessary, can slowly spray water in the main cylinder to assist in cooling heat (5) regardless of the working principle of the pump Send system, the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds the normal operating temperature, you must pause the pump to the system to cool down, over-temperature work for a long time will bring heavy losses to the hydraulic system. 3, the correct use of concrete piston coolant pumping unit washing room, there should be sufficient piston coolant.
