2 When the ordinary bolt is used as the permanent connecting bolt, the flat washer should be placed on the bolt head and the nut side when tightening. There should be no more than two washers on the bolt head side and no more than one washer on the nut side.
3 Permanent ordinary bolt fastening should be firm and reliable, and the exposed thread should not be less than 2 buckles. For bolted connections that are subjected to dynamic loads or important parts, when designing anti-loose requirements, a nut or spring washer with anti-loose means should be used, and the spring washer should be placed on the nut side.
(4) High-strength bolts should be freely threaded into the bolt holes, and should not be gas-cut and reamed; the maximum hole expansion should not exceed 1.2d (d is the bolt diameter).
(5) When installing high-strength bolts, install bolts and nails first, and high-strength bolts should not be used as mounting bolts.
(6) High-strength bolt fastening requirements:
1 High-strength bolts should be tightened after the component mounting accuracy is adjusted.
2 When the torsion-cut high-strength bolt is installed, the side of the nut with the round table should face the chamfered side of the washer.
When installing the three large hexagonal high-strength bolts, the side with the chamfered washer under the bolt head should be toward the bolt head. The side of the nut with the round table should face the chamfered side of the washer.
4 Torque wrench for screwing and inspection should be calibrated before the shift, after the shift, the torque accuracy error of the wrench should not exceed ± 5%; the torque accuracy error of the test wrench should not exceed ± 3%.
5 When applying the screw, apply torque to the nut.
6 The tightening sequence of the high-strength bolts shall be such that all the bolts in the bolt group are evenly stressed, and the screws are applied from the middle to the edge of the joint.
