1, the main clutch slips

When the bulldozer main clutch slips, the engine speed is normal and no black smoke is emitted, and the working device works normally, but the machine climbs hard and cannot even walk. The main clutch slip is the most common fault of the bulldozer. The main reasons are: the main and driven pieces are worn; the lock pin of the adjusting disc is open; the main clutch lever is not in place; the thread of the adjusting disc and the flywheel cover is poorly engaged. Clutch slipping is sometimes very difficult to handle, and the general repairman's approach is to repeatedly rotate the dial. If the clutch is still slipping after adjusting the adjustment plate many times, it is often necessary to first remove the transmission and blindly disassemble the main clutch, so that not only the fault point can be found but also other parts are easily damaged, and the production is delayed, resulting in large economic loss. To this end, the investigation should be carefully analyzed according to the above possible reasons to be effective. For example, there is a Yellow River TY220 bulldozer in my unit. The main clutch sometimes slips during work. In the initial stage, the machine can be barely worked by adjusting the adjustment plate, but it is not long before the lock pin is tripped, so only the main clutch is removed. The two screws of the lock pin were all replaced, and all the parts were inspected (the parts were not damaged, and the main and follower pieces were basically not worn) and the machine returned to normal. However, after a month, the main clutch appeared to slip again. In the end, the clutch was adjusted every 2H, making the construction impossible. At that time, I decided to replace the full set of main clutches, but this was not only a waste of money, but also because of the busy production time. After many adjustments, the bulldozers only pushed a few shovel or dozens of shovel and the clutch began to slip. Finally, It is judged that the screw ratio of the adjusting disc and the flywheel cover end is deteriorated. Therefore, after adjusting the main clutch, the lock pin is locked by a lock nut. After this method is processed, the machine has not adjusted the main clutch for half a year, indicating that the fault point is correct.

2, the main clutch lever is heavy

The main reasons are: oil filter blockage, insufficient oil supply, so that the booster does not work; the main clutch hydraulic system is short of oil; the booster is damaged or the booster safety valve has problems; the double metal sleeve inside the moving sleeve is burnt. When there is a heavy failure of the clutch lever, check whether the oil level of the hydraulic system meets the requirements. If the oil level is suitable, temporarily remove the oil filter and then move the main clutch lever. If the joystick feels strong, This means that the oil filter is blocked. At this time, it is only necessary to clean or replace the oil filter. If the oil path is normal, but the main clutch lever is heavy, you can check if the force safety valve is stuck or drained. If there is no problem with the booster safety valve, you must check the booster; or check the double metal sleeve inside the moving sleeve. Whether it is burnt or not, it is necessary to change it.

3. When the gear shifts, the gear makes an abnormal sound, which is difficult to bite.

The main reasons are: the adjustment plate is too tight; the brake effect of the hand brake is poor. When the adjustment disc is too tight, the separation of the main clutch is difficult, so that the power cannot be cut off, causing abnormal noise of the gear when shifting. At this time, adjust the adjustment plate counterclockwise to the appropriate position, that is, when adjusting the main clutch, as long as the main clutch handle is pulled, the crisp sound can be clearly heard when the dead point is crossed. If the brake effect of the hand brake is poor, the main clutch will be disengaged, but the main clutch shaft will still rotate due to inertia (the main clutch shaft should stop within 3s when the main clutch is in the disengaged state), so when shifting The gears are difficult to engage and make an abnormal sound. In this case, the small brake band must be adjusted or replaced.

4, the main clutch can not be engaged

The main reasons are: the short pin on the board is off; the weight of the moving sleeve is reversed; the main clutch is not covered during the repair process, check whether the short sleeve of the moving sleeve is off and whether the weight of the moving sleeve is reversed (if If the heavy hammer is installed, the moving sleeve cannot enter the adjustment plate. If necessary, the moving sleeve can be removed, the short pin shaft is re-riveted, and the adjustment plate is installed. If the main clutch mast shaft is not installed properly, the lever shaft should be adjusted to the position as specified.
