Bucket Elevator Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance

1. Installation of the equipment According to the installation diagram, the equipment is assembled. When the tail parts are in position, the position and level of the center line must be within the free tolerance range. Then press the figure and the numbers on the middle shells to install the machines one by one. Head part. Each line is equipped with a line hammer measurement and leveling.
After installation, use a measuring instrument to accurately align the head and tail (head wheel and tail wheel), verticality, and straightness (Table 2)

After the equipment installation adjustment is in place, the reinforcing bracket of the bucket lifting machine is positioned and welded to death so that the bucket lifting machine cannot be shaken.
Before the chain is installed, the bucket lifter housing must be opened, the pre-installed chain is loaded from the nose sprocket, and the chain is connected with the pin from the tail working opening. The hopper is loaded from the tail and is installed from the side where the chain is lifted, so that the chain will not be in danger of rotation due to the weight of the hopper due to the effect of the anti-reversal device.
2. Equipment commissioning equipment Before empty-load testing, check the following aspects:
1 The reducer is filled with 68# hydraulic oil.
2 The correct direction of the motor reducer should be correct. The output shaft of the reducer should turn clockwise. Due to the anti-reversal device on the main shaft, the incorrect shaft rotation of the reducer will cause an accident. Sometimes, the installation mode of the reducer may be changed. To ensure safety and reliability, it is better to disengage the anti-reversal device before the test run, and then install the anti-reverse device after confirming the correct steering.
3 Inspect the housing for foreign objects such as welding rods and scrap.
3. Maintenance of the equipment 1 Oil is supplied to each part of the bucket elevator. According to Table 4, this table is calculated for 8 hours of operation per day.

3 Regularly check the running and wear of the rotating roller chain and bucket chain, adjust it in time, and find hidden problems in time.
