First, adjust the verticality

1. Let the quick joint under the air motor completely contact the working plane or the working workpiece plane, make sure the quick joint is perpendicular to the working plane (the quick joint should have no gap with the working plane), and then lock the vertical plate or the head of the head 4 Fixing bolt

2. Connect the air connection between the tee and the motor.

Second, air motor operation

1. When the air motor presses the "pulling rod" of the front end, the air motor starts to rotate clockwise. At this time, the thread can be tapped. When the tapping is finished, the "reverse lever" of the rear end is pressed, and the air motor starts to rotate counterclockwise. At this point, the automatic retraction will be completed;

2. The parallel operating arm can be easily moved to the tapping position. Do not use the force to push down, so that the tap enters the threaded hole like a spiral arbor without resistance.

Third, air motor intake requirements

1. The diameter of the intake pipe must be 3/8 inch or more, and the length should not exceed 10M;

2. The set additional output pressure is best at 3-6kg;

3. Adjust the dripping speed in the air tee to 1 to 2 drops per minute. If the drip speed is too fast, the upper end of the air motor will become wet due to too much oil in the exhaust;

4. Check the oil quantity, oil quality and dripping speed in the oil storage cup every day to avoid damage to the machine;

5. Please use the oil for pneumatic tools (viscosity around 30) such as: CASROLQWS MOBIL OIL DTE24 SHELL TELIUS32 BP ENERGOLHLP32.

Fourth, the torque adjustment of the torsion collet

1. Generally, the torsion force of the torsion collet has been set at the factory, but it must be adjusted and re-set the torque when tapping the tough material or after using it for a period of time;

2. There are two small holes on the outer casing of the torque cylinder, which promises to adjust the torque of the half groove. This is very important when adjusting the torque control below M3;

3. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pick up the buckle and insert the needle-nosed pliers into the two small holes on the torque adjustment ring. Clockwise can increase the torque, and counterclockwise can reduce the torque.

4. After the torque is adjusted, insert the buckle into the small hole of the collet housing, and the torque will not change;

5. Torque collet is necessary to ensure high-precision tapping, so the torsion collet can not be randomly placed, littered, or dropped, so as not to affect the accuracy of tapping;

6. When the air motor does not turn, the general situation is that the air force is not enough, please check whether the air pressure is modulated within 6-8kg;

7. When the air motor is running and the torque cylinder clip is slipping, the material hardness may be too high or the viscosity of the material is high, so please increase the torque of the torque cylinder;

8. In the process of tapping, if there is tapping phenomenon, check whether the air motor is perpendicular to the working plane, or the torque of the torque cylinder is too large, please reduce the torque of the torque cylinder clamp.

V. Please keep it by someone

The machine must be kept and operated by a fixed person. If the machine has abnormal noise, stop using it immediately and check it until the machine is normal. Remember not to disassemble or disassemble the air motor, because the air motor is very precise. In order to prevent counterfeiting, the manufacturer should not disassemble the motor under normal circumstances, otherwise the motor cannot be restored and will not be covered by the warranty.
