This standard is the first national mandatory local standard for the standardization of the use of labor protection equipment. The standard classifies labor protection articles as "general labor protection articles" and "special labor protection articles". It not only satisfies the requirements of the National Bureau of Safety Production Supervision and Administration on the implementation of safety signs for special labor protection articles, but also reflects the concept of classified guidance for labor protection articles in Shandong Province. In the standard, the use of labor protection articles is determined on the one hand based on GB/T 11651 "Selection of labor protection articles", and on the other hand, based on the actual situation of economic development in Shandong Province, while referring to some large enterprises and some enterprises in the province.
