1. Auxiliary pump pressure maintaining circuit
1 Auxiliary pump pressure is to use two different sizes of oil pump. When the pressure reaches the set pressure, the large flow pump is closed. At this time, the small flow pump is used to make the leakage.

3. Accumulator pressure maintaining circuit
1 Accumulator holding pressure is when the pressure reaches a certain level, the oil pump stops working, and the accumulator supplements the leakage. The length of the dwell time is to see the volume of the accumulator and the degree of leakage.
2 When the reversing valve is working in the left position, the hydraulic cylinder advances the workpiece and the inlet pressure increases. When the oil pressure reaches the adjustment value of the pressure relay, the pressure relay sends a signal to energize the 2/2-way valve, the pump is unloaded, the check valve is automatically closed, and the hydraulic cylinder is held by the accumulator. When the hydraulic cylinder pressure is insufficient, the pressure relay is reset to make the pump work again.
3 The holding time depends on the capacity of the accumulator. Adjusting the on/off adjustment interval of the pressure relay can adjust the maximum and minimum values ​​of the hydraulic cylinder pressure. When using a cylinder to lift heavy objects, if you encounter a sudden power outage, you need to prevent heavy objects from falling. This can be done with a 3-position 4-way valve. When the power is off, the reversing valve is in the neutral position, so that the pressure in the cylinder can be maintained for a period of time without dropping heavy objects.
4, pressure compensation pump pressure holding circuit
1 The pressure compensation pump is used for pressure keeping, the pressure is stable, and the efficiency is high.
The principle of 2 is to use the pressure compensation pump to maintain the pressure as the flow rate becomes smaller as the pressure increases.
