823 anti-wear agent has excellent protective properties, strong hydrophobicity; anti-moisture, salt spray and corrosion corrosion of metals such as SO 2 , H 2 S, CO 2 etc. The protective film is resistant to scrubbing with a single solvent. The mold coated with 823 anti-wear agent does not need anti-rust treatment in use or inventory, and will remain oxidized and rust for a long time.

Six, 823 mold special anti-wear agent coating process

1, tools and equipment

(1) Constant temperature drying oven (with air outlet at the top), temperature range: room temperature to 150 ° C; or hair dryer 500W.

(2) Constant temperature water bath equipment (single hole / double hole water bath or other);

(3) Container (250ml, 1000ml beaker or depending on the size of the workpiece); thermometer (0 to 200 °C with a junction thermometer 2);

(4) one piece of funnel, medium speed filter paper, enamel disk or stainless steel plate;

(5) measuring cylinder (250ml), measuring cup (100ml), one glass rod;

2. Environmental requirements

(1) The operating room should be clean and dustproof; and ventilation and exhaust devices should be installed. The ambient temperature should be maintained at 12 to 35 °C.

(2) Fireworks are prohibited in the operation room. It is not allowed to directly heat the solution or dry the workpiece by using an electric furnace or an open flame.

(3) Switchboards and switches shall comply with fire protection, explosion protection requirements, or be installed outside the operating room.

3, the process

(1) pre-treatment

Use mechanical and chemical methods to collect dust, oil and various corrosion products.

(2) cleaning

The workpiece is cleaned with a 1:1 mixture of absolute ethanol (chemically pure) and 120 solvent gasoline (or xylene) to dry and clean the surface of the workpiece. Make sure there are no corrosives, oil and moisture (clean with a white gauze and no stains).

(3) Preheating

When preheating, put the cleaned workpiece into the oven, keep it at 80-90 °C for 20 minutes, and apply it within 5 minutes after taking it out of the oven. (The temperature after the workpiece is preheated is equal to or slightly lower than the solution temperature. , that is, 45 to 55 ° C). There is no need to preheat when the amount is small.

(4) Coating

The coating process should meet the following requirements

a, the solution can be coated when it is clear and transparent, and keep the temperature of the solution in the range of 55 ° C ~ 65 ° C (water temperature 60 ~ 65 ° C, gently stir the solution with a glass rod when heating);

b. Avoid contact between the workpiece and the solution, and the water bath is preferably closed;

c. The operator should wear clean white gauze gloves and a mask to avoid direct contact with the workpiece;

d. Immerse the preheated workpiece in the solution for 1-2 minutes and shake it properly. For workpieces or equipment that are inconveniently dip coated, brush them with a clean brush and blow them evenly with a hair dryer for 3 to 5 minutes.

(5) drying

Leave the coated workpiece open for more than 15 minutes to ensure that the solvent is completely volatilized (no droplet buildup or flow marks).

(6) drying

The dried workpiece is placed in an oven for drying, the drying temperature is 120±2° C., and the drying time is 30 to 60 minutes (the oven temperature starts to be 120° C., and the air outlet is completely opened). For workpieces that are not suitable for the above temperature, such as printed circuit boards, they can be dried at 70-80 ° C for 1 hour.

(7) cooling

The dried workpiece is taken out and naturally cooled. The coated part is not cooled, and it must not be touched before drying. After the workpiece is cooled to room temperature, it can be packaged.

4, inspection

The film was inspected with the naked eye or a 3 to 5 times magnifying glass. The coating film should be clean, uniform, free of flow marks or accumulation defects.
