Third, the construction instructions

1. When opening the box, please look for the product specifications, size, color number, etc.

2. Before the paving, first try the paving on the ground, and determine the brick-laying method according to the paving form. If the brick surface has a pattern or a directional pattern, the product should be laid in the direction shown in the figure for the best effect; The square tiles with different sizes and sizes are distinguished by the labels, and the adjacent color numbers and sizes can be used after the same color number or size is used.

3. When pre-laying, pull two vertical limits on the treated ground and use the horizontal ruler to level.

4, clean up the site, first sprinkle the right amount of water to facilitate construction; it is recommended to mix 325# cement and sand into a mortar ratio of 1:3 (mixed mortar is best not to exceed 200#, otherwise the mortar mark is too high, resulting in late The solidification shrinkage stress is not uniform.)

5, square bricks according to the design size of the line, the need to reserve the seam when marking, the gap is generally 5mm-12mm is appropriate.

6. The paving should be carried out after the base is solidified. During the paving process, the hand should be gently pushed and put to balance the brick bottom and the paving surface, so that the air bubbles can be easily discharged, and then the brick surface can be tapped with a wooden hammer to make the brick bottom comprehensive. Eat the pulp to avoid the phenomenon of empty drums; then use the wooden hammer to knock the brick surface to the level, and measure with the level to ensure the level of the square brick paving.

Paving effect 7, side paving, side jointing, jointing with cement mortar, can also add color additive joints according to demand. The width of the joint is 5-12mm and the depth is 2mm. 10. After the brick paving is finished for 24 hours, you can walk and scrub. Mix the detergent with water and thoroughly clean the square tiles. The bright square will be in front of you.

11. It can't be constructed in the cold winter stage. When the temperature is lower than 5 °C, antifreeze should be added to the cement mortar. After the construction, the brick surface will be covered with straw curtain to keep the cement hardened.

12. After the construction of the square brick, it should be sprinkled with water to promote the solidification of the cement mortar and the square brick. Generally, the 15 day square brick can be used normally.
