When the air conditioning system works, first check the voltage of the voltage system to determine whether it is within the normal working range, and the DCBUS (DC bus) value detected by the internal PLC of the inverter after normal startup, and then calculate according to the set V/F curve. The frequency of the output is controlled and converted to the control PLC according to the temperature value set by the air conditioner controller. The PLC then converts it into an analog signal of 0~10V and sends it to the AVI of the inverter, that is, the frequency command source of the inverter, and the frequency conversion. The device compares the magnitudes of the two frequency command values ​​and then outputs them according to the smaller frequency commands. 4 Conclusion

The internal PLC capacity of Delta E series inverter can reach 500steps, so the sequence control or simple detection of small system can fully meet the requirements, so the cost of plug-in PLC is saved, and at the same time, because PLC is embedded in inverter There is no compatibility and communication problems, so it is very convenient to use.
