After the programming is completed, the correctness should be verified. When the machine tool and the tool are not moving, the tool center motion track is drawn on the machine tool or the computer, and the tool center motion track is the same as the actual machining track. The verification mode is analog. There are two ways to simulate. One is to use a special software to simulate on a computer; the other is to input it to the machine and simulate it on the machine. However, the two simulation methods can only simulate the correctness of the tool trajectory, but can not simulate the collision of the tool and the workpiece. The simulation of the eccentric sleeve machining program is performed on the machine tool.
